Vincent Lemoine

Vincent Lemoine has extensive experience in project management and organizational consulting, currently serving as Responsable de projets at MGEN since January 2011. In this role, Vincent defines change management strategies and oversees the planning and execution of change initiatives. Previously, as a Conseiller en organisation, Vincent optimized call centers by analyzing activities and implementing best practices. Prior to MGEN, Vincent held the position of Chef de projet Organisation at DEVSI, managing a national telephonic reception project with a budget of 600 k€/year. Vincent holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Informatique from ESAIP and a BTS in Informatique Industrielle, as well as a Baccalauréat S with a focus on Physics and Chemistry.
