Milene Moraes is an HR Director and Senior HR Executive with over 15 years of experience in global matrix companies. They have a strong background in managing Human Resources projects, leading strategic HR implementation, and championing engagement and inclusion across the Latin American region. Milene’s career includes roles at notable organizations such as Fortive, Fluke Corporation, and ANDRITZ HYDRO, as well as experience as a university professor. Currently, Milene serves as the Latam Human Resources Director at MGI and continues their education with a focus on advanced HR studies.
