Runze Ding

Runze Ding is currently an HRBP (APAC) at MGI, overseeing HR matters for the ANZ and South Korea regions while managing talent acquisition across various parts of APAC. Previously, they served as an HRBP (ANZ) and an HR Assistant at MGI and Kresta Holdings Limited, respectively, where they were involved in recruitment processes, policy development, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Runze holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management & International Business from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Shaanxi Institute of International Trade & Commerce. They also have experience as an Assistant Auditor, providing insights into compliance and financial management.
