Brian Krelitz has extensive experience in marketing and management roles. Brian began their career as a Transportation Marketing Manager at Star Tribune in 1994 and held this position until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they served as the Director of Business Development at Star Tribune, where they managed the P&L of a portfolio of specialty print and online products and formed strategic partnerships for revenue growth. Brian then became the Director of News Marketing from 2003 to 2006, leading initiatives to grow the size of print and online audiences through ad campaigns, events, and contests. In 2006, Brian became the Director of Consumer Marketing at Star Tribune, responsible for the redesign of core products and media plans to support product launches.
In 2007, Brian joined Star Tribune as the Marketing Communications Manager until 2009. During this time, they oversaw marketing campaigns and communication strategies. From 2009 to 2011, Brian worked as a Marketing & Media Consultant at BRK Consulting, developing online marketing and channel communication strategies for various industries. Since 2012, Brian has been the Market Manager for Branded Products at MGK, where they oversee marketing initiatives for the company.
Brian Krelitz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from Carleton College. Additionally, they have pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago, with a focus on Marketing and Finance.
