Jonathan Baron is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as Ticket Operations Manager at MGM Springfield since June 2022, Jonathan previously held the role of Box Office at Wellmont Theater from March 2019 to June 2022. Jonathan's expertise also includes positions as Program Coordinator at Poetman Records, where responsibilities encompassed ticket sales and event coordination, and as Accounts Payable Clerk/Assistant to the Comptroller at Berklee College of Music, managing invoicing and payroll. Additional experience includes managerial and operational roles in various industries, with a foundation in customer service and team coordination. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Business/Management from Berklee College of Music, attained between 2013 and 2016.
