Gary Staab

Gary Staab is a seasoned Medical Practice Management Consultant with extensive experience in both startup practices and profitability enhancement for solo and small group practices. Currently, Gary is retired and previously led Gary P. Staab & Associates, Inc. since April 2021. Gary's expertise includes Rural Health Facilities, concierge-style practices development, strategic planning facilitation, leadership, team building, and electronic medical records selection and implementation. Notable roles include Group Administrator at MGMA, Consultant/Strategic Planner for Soledad Community Health Care District, and COO at Mee Memorial Hospital, focusing on Rural Health Clinics development and physician recruitment. Gary also served as a Board Member for Pinnacles Partnership and held membership with the CA State Rural Health Association. Gary earned a degree from California State University, Long Beach, between 1972 and 1977.
