Andre Namphy

Andre Namphy serves as the Chief Legal Officer at MGX, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Andre Namphy was an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from 2001 to 2009 and held various roles at Mubadala Development Company from 2010 to January 2021, including General Counsel for Corporate Finance & Treasury, General Counsel for Technology, Manufacturing & Mining, and General Counsel for Direct Investments.
