Wayne Robertson

Wayne Robertson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Finance at MGX since July 2024, Wayne previously held the position of Finance Director at G42 from November 2021 to June 2024. Prior to that, Wayne was CEO at both TSA Software (Pty) Ltd and Business Equipment Asset Finance (Pty) Ltd from August 2012 to October 2021, focusing on office automation finance. Wayne's earlier experience includes roles as Regional Director at FD Centre South Africa, Chief Financial Officer at Trafalgar Group, and Director and Shareholder at South Point Capital. Wayne began a career in corporate finance at Federal Credit from July 1995 to February 2000. Academic credentials include a CA (SA) from SAICA and a BCompt Honours in Accounting, Auditing, and Tax from UNISA.
