Working with individuals, organizations and communities as a guide and mentor to navigate and solve complex social and organizational issues, embrace and harness the diversity of people and opinions and empower social impact leaders with the tools and mindset to take radical action.

My core approach:
Convening "The art and science of gathering and holding space for the sake of the best possible outcome"

Drawing on 20 years of immersion in learning, practicing and teaching the art of convening for participatory decision making and innovation...

I create environments and use design processes and facilitation methods that enable people and groups to move beyond traditional ‘debate and argument’ styles of communication and problem solving and ‘top down – control and compliance’ models of decision making and leadership. Instead I invite you to tap into the collective intelligence of your team, organisation and community and work across boundaries. All people in the system need to be invited to participate and contribute to find innovative ways forward.
