Lee Johnson

Lee Johnson is currently the Warehouse Operations Manager at MH Star. Prior to this, Lee was the Operations Manager at iForce Limited from April 2012 to February 2016. iForce Ltd is a leading 3rd party logistics provider working in partnership with some of the UK's biggest brands such John Lewis, Tesco, Cath Kidston, Aldi and Fortnum and Mason providing multi-channel software and operational solutions for retailers. As Operations Manager, Lee was responsible for leading a team of up to 180 staff across multiple disciplines from inbound to outbound in a fast moving multichannel fulfilment centre with a throughput of 12 million units per annum. Additionally, they oversaw all site operations to deliver operational excellence in efficiency, quality and cost through the support, motivation, inspiration and development of people, process and facilities.

At MH Star, Lee continues to develop their skills in managing people and processes in order to achieve excellence in warehouse operations. Lee is motivated by their desire to provide excellent customer service and improve efficiencies in the workplace. Lee is a strong leader with excellent problem solving skills. Lee is able to think outside the box to find creative solutions to challenges that arise. Lee is an excellent communicator and is able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Lee is passionate about their work and takes pride in ensuring that the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.

Lee Johnson attended Swavesey Village College and obtained a GNVQ level 3 in Customer Service.

Lee Johnson works with Moheeb Khan - Sales Manager, Zhenqin Li (Sunny) - Finance Manager, and Ya-Hsin Chen - Supply Chain Co-Ordinator. Lee Johnson reports to Moris Lei, Assistant GM.
