MH Warriors (Mental Health Warriors) was founded in September 2025. It is a community-driven initiative dedicated to raising mental health awareness, providing education, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.

MH Warriors hosts events that bring people together through mental health speakers, fitness and wellness activities, creative workshops, and opportunities for genuine community connection. A portion of all ticket sale profits is donated to organizations providing essential mental health support to those in need.

This is only the beginning. MH Warriors has new projects in development to continue raising awareness and strengthening support for mental health within our communities. Stay tuned.
