Phil Grossweiler

Phil Grossweiler is a Principal Consultant at M&H with 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including a 25-year career at ExxonMobil. Over the past 15 years, they have worked on various consulting assignments for companies such as Anadarko and Petronas, focusing on LNG projects and risk management. Phil has also contributed to public policy as a legislative assistant and as Chair of the U.S. Department of Energy's Advisory Committee for Ultra-deepwater R&D programs. They hold multiple advanced degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, where they also served as a Commander in the Coast Guard Reserve.
