Talking to individuals, organisations and communities includes consultancy, hosting and attending events, Zoom webinars and social media.

Our first innovation is the validated MHQ (mental health questionnaire), the only one of its kind created for the health, fitness and wellness industry.
This psychometric tool which measures the trajectory of mental health using lifestyle factors, will allow for a more holistic approach to supporting staff and members in physical and mental wellbeing.

Launching as the ‘Lifestyle Discovery Questionnaire’, it will be packaged with training, support and essential data collection.
