Alice Young is currently a Trainee Paraplanner at MHA, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this, Alice served as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser and Client Relationship Associate at PM+M Solutions for Business LLP from September 2022 to September 2025. Alice began professional experience as a Customer Assistant at Booths from September 2020 to January 2022 and briefly participated in a finance virtual work experience program with Springpod in April 2021. In terms of education, Alice is pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and Services from the Chartered Insurance Institute, following the completion of a Diploma in the same field. Academic qualifications include A-Levels in Mathematics, Business Studies, and Sociology from Clitheroe Royal Grammar School and Sixth Form, along with GCSEs from St Augustine’s RC High School.
