Jay Desai

Jay Desai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of research and development, particularly in R&D tax reliefs and incentives. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at MHA since April 2024, Jay previously held the position of R&D Projects Lead at FabricNano and worked as an Assistant Director at Alvarez & Marsal. Prior roles include Associate Director, Manager, and Senior Consultant at Leyton, as well as a Scientist at P2i and Laboratory Technician at Henkel. Jay Desai holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from the University of Southampton, earned between 2008 and 2012.
