Leighton Reed is a Consultant Tax Partner at MHA, where they lead a team of 20 tax professionals and provide corporate and personal tax advice. A qualified Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant, Leighton previously owned Broomfield Alexander Ltd and served as a Tax Partner at both Baldwins Accountants and Azets. With extensive experience in UK and International tax matters, Leighton focuses on tax-efficient structures, business acquisitions, succession planning, and property investment. They are also a current board member of ICAEW's South Wales Network and frequently lecture on tax topics.
