Mark Goodey

Mark Goodey is a seasoned financial governance professional with over 40 years of experience. Currently, Mark serves as a Trustee and Chairman of the Audit, Finance, and Risk Committee at Donmar Warehouse, as well as Deputy Chairman and Trustee at the Central School of Ballet. Mark also holds positions as Independent Chairman of Oversight and Public Interest Committees and is a member of the Audit Quality Board at MHA. Previously, Mark was a Partner in Audit & Assurance at Deloitte UK, leading high-profile audits and advisory engagements. Mark earned a First Class Honours degree in Chemistry with Management Studies from Imperial College, London.
