Nikki Dowding

Nikki Noble currently serves as the IT Systems Lead at MHA MacIntyre Hudson since March 2021, previously holding the position of IT project analyst. Prior to this role, Nikki was the IT Infrastructure and Data Coordinator at Fedrigoni UK Ltd from August 2020 to February 2021. From September 2010 to August 2020, Nikki worked at Travis Perkins plc, progressing through several positions including ServiceNow Configuration Manager, Service Assurance Analyst, IT Portfolio Management (Assurance) Analyst, Service Improvement Analyst, and Senior Service Desk Analyst. Key responsibilities include managing reporting across services, improving the ServiceNow system, and collaborating with portfolio management teams to enhance service performance. Education was completed at Kingsthorpe College between 2004 and 2010.
