Eric Helander

Eric Helander is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in managing and contributing to software development teams. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at MHC Software since April 2021, Eric focuses on building platforms for workflow, document generation, and invoice automation. Prior roles include working as a Staff Software Engineer with expertise in C#/.NET and PostgreSQL, and consulting positions at Improving and Optum, where Eric utilized a diverse tech stack including Python, Terraform, and Google Cloud Platform. Eric has a strong foundation in data engineering and software development, having previously held roles at Thrivent and Object Partners. Eric holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biblical Studies from Bethel University.
