Working predominantly in the health & fitness industry, we deliver training to up-skill Personal Trainers, Gym/Fitness Instructors, Sports Coaches, Teachers and many more, to become a Mental Health and Exercise Coach (MHEC).

We focus on the skills and knowledge needed to: understand how to reach out to individuals who may be struggling with poor mental health or mental illness; spot red flags or warning signs of potential poor mental health or mental illness; increase understanding and awareness of poor mental health and mental illnesses; create safe, inclusive settings to undertake exercise to promote positive mental health; create exercise programmes which can be used to promote positive mental health.
