Krupal Patel has over a decade of work experience, starting in 2009. Krupal began their career at Freedom Health, where they held various roles including Operation Research Analyst and Project Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for identifying operational issues, managing projects, and creating process diagrams. In 2014, Krupal joined MHK as a Project Manager and later progressed to Director of Client Services and Director of Software Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Software Development at MHK. Krupal's experience spans project management, software development, and client services.

Krupal Patel obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The University of Findlay, which they attended from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Krupal Patel completed the Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business Publishing in June 2020. Krupal also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in March 2013, as well as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from PMI in March 2012.
