Ron Brown

Ron Brown is a Client Services Manager at MHK since July 2019, where Ron is a member of the division leadership team, managing a team of 3 on the Humana account and 5 Business Relationship Managers across various accounts. Ron ensures customer satisfaction, assists in contract negotiations, and presents to executive management, while also contributing to continuous process improvement and leading a steering committee for technology transition. Prior to MHK, Ron served as a Sr. Business Relationship Manager at MedHOK, Inc. from November 2007 to July 2019, gaining expertise in project management, business analysis, and client management in the healthcare sector. Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business from the University of New Haven, earned between 1995 and 1999.
