Meridith Popovic

Meridith Popovic has extensive experience in mental health and counseling, currently serving as a Utilization Management Clinician at MHNet since September 2013, where responsibilities include managing outpatient services, assisting with crisis calls, collaborating with consulting groups, and overseeing psychological testing requests. Prior to this role, Meridith worked as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at A New Perspective Counseling Center for a brief period in 2013, and as a Primary Counselor and Staff Supervisor at Boys Town from July 2007 to September 2013, managing youth in a Short-Term Assessment Center and supervising direct care staff. Meridith holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Alcohol and Drug Abuse Studies from the University of South Dakota and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from the University of Central Florida.
