Tom Adams

Tom Adams is an experienced People Coordinator at MHP Group since November 2022, specializing in employee life cycle events such as onboarding and exits. Previously, Tom served as the Recruitment Lead for Snog Frozen Yogurt, where recruitment processes were refined for competitive staffing in customer-facing and kitchen roles. Tom's early roles at Snog Frozen Yogurt included Senior Floor Manager and Floor Manager, overseeing one of London's busiest food and drinks stores while leading teams and managing stock. Tom's career began as a Shift Manager at Broadwater School Sports Centre, managing operations and leading a small team. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Psychology from Loughborough University.
