Andy Davies

Andy Davies has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked in the Royal Air Force (RAF) in positions such as Strategic Training Planning Manager and HR/Welfare Consultant. In 2010, they joined Staffordshire County Council as a Principal HR Advisor - Organizational Development, responsible for delivering organizational development consultancy. From 2012 to 2014, Andy worked at Staffordshire University as an HR/Learning Consultant. Andy then moved to Keele University as a Human Resource Manager, providing HR advice and employment law advice. In 2014, they joined MHR as a Senior HR Consultant (Product Development). Andy later took on various roles at People First, including Head of Global Enablement and Vice President of APAC Region.
