Andy Laver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and program management across various sectors, including finance and healthcare technology. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at MHR, Andy is instrumental in developing a new finance system that integrates with HR and payroll solutions, while also defining product vision and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance user experience. Prior to this role, Andy worked at MDSAS as a Commercial Program Manager, spearheading the adoption of agile practices within the organization and managing projects in collaboration with public health entities.
