Anton Roe

Anton Roe has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Anton started their career as a Research Analyst at Midland Software, where they successfully managed the conversion of a HR & Payroll system and developed an online support site for customers. Anton then became a System Architect and led the design and architecture of a new HR & Payroll system.

Moving on to MidlandHR, Anton held the role of Software Director, responsible for product development, testing, support, and research for the company's software products. Anton also took on additional responsibilities as the Director of Technology & International Operations, expanding the role to include board responsibility for international operations in Australia and the Czech Republic.

Anton later joined ABM United Kingdom Limited as the Director of Operations, where they led the modernization of the company's product portfolio and support services. Anton also played a crucial role in establishing ABM in new markets to drive business growth.

Currently, Anton is the Chief Executive Officer of MHR, a company specializing in talent management, HR, payroll, and people analytics solutions. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief Technology Officer and Software Director at MHR.

Throughout their career, Anton has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills, contributing to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Anton Roe attended Cranfield School of Management in 2014, where they completed a course in Marketing Strategy & Planning. Additionally, in 2002, they also attended Cranfield School of Management to complete the General Management Programme.
