Graham Johnson is a Solution Architect specializing in HRIS and SaaS implementations at MHR, where they support both internal and external customers in utilizing the People First HRIS. Graham held various roles previously, including Organisational Development Adviser at Staffordshire County Council, where they enhanced apprenticeship programs and led initiatives for work placements. They also worked as a Training Officer at Barclays, designing training programs for call center staff, and as an Employee Engagement Officer at Sodexo, focusing on employee commitment and internal communication. Graham holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from the University of Salford and is currently furthering their expertise in Change Management.
