After leaving the Army, Peter worked as the Director and Founder of Flare Training, a leadership and assessment company. Peter then pursued a freelance consulting career in security solutions for companies within the oil and gas sector. Peter also worked as a Logistical Planner and Project Leader for FlyttEksperten AS, a moving company. In their most recent roles, Peter held positions at MHR, where they served as the Head of Assurance, Risk and Compliance, the Head of Business Assurance, and the Business Continuity and Audit Manager.
