Rob Walden

Rob Walden has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Rob'smost recent role is as the Head of Data & Analytics Products at MHR, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, Rob served as the Head of Data at HR DataHub from July 2022 to May 2023. Rob also held the role of Head of Analytics at Travis Perkins plc from January 2017 to July 2022. Before that, Rob worked as the Commercial Finance MI Manager at Dunelm in 2016 and as a Management Information Analyst at Travis Perkins plc from June 2015 to March 2016. Rob also gained experience as a Finance and HR Business Analyst at AGGREGATE INDUSTRIES LIMITED from January 2013 to May 2015. Additionally, Rob worked as a Labour Cost Modeller at Rolls-Royce from October 2010 to December 2012 and as a Business Intelligence Specialist at Nhs University Hospital from July 2009 to October 2010.

Rob Walden attended the University of Sussex from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and applied statistics.
