Simon Davies

Simon Davies has a diverse work experience. Simon started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays Companies in February 2006 and worked there until June 2007. Simon then joined Land Registry as an HR Information Manager in June 2007 and stayed until March 2011. Following that, they worked at MHR, first as an HR Systems Consultant from March 2011 to April 2012, then as a Senior Associate from April 2012 to August 2014. From September 2014 to February 2016, they worked as a Strategic Consultant at MHR. Simon then became the Head of Strategic Services from February 2016 to November 2017. Afterwards, they worked as a Product Design Manager from November 2017 to June 2019, and as the talksuite Product Owner from July 2019 to December 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Product at MHR starting from December 2020.

Simon Davies completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, at Nottingham Trent University from 2001 to 2005.
