Simon George has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Simon started their career in operational roles at Powergen/E.ON UK from 1999 to 2003. Simon then worked as a Training Consultant at E.ON UK from 2003 to 2006, where they were responsible for identifying training needs and designing and evaluating learning solutions. Simon worked as a Training Consultant for JaywingDMG/GasboxDMG/Prodant from 2006 to 2010, providing training and improving business performance for internal and external clients. Simon joined Positive Outcomes in 2011, where they held various roles such as Learning & Development Consultant, Internal Training & Development Manager, Training, Development and Quality Manager, and eventually Senior Operations Manager - Training and Development. In 2017, Simon joined MHR as a Customer Training Manager, and later became the Head of Learning Services in November 2018.
Simon George attended Wirral Grammar School for Boys from 1988 to 1995, where they obtained 11 GCSEs and 3 A-Levels. Simon later pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University, which they completed from 1996 to 2000.
