Tom Hill

Tom Hill has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Tom is currently the Head of Software Engineering at MHR. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Engineering Manager - Developer Experience at ClearBank, where they built a new team and helped prioritize product vision. Tom also worked as the Technical Product Owner (Interim) at ClearBank, providing direction and leadership to the Platform teams.

Tom Hill was the Director of Engineering at Torii, where they implemented several engineering initiatives such as improving documentation and driving a migration to Typescript. Tom also created and led the interview pipeline for the company.

At Globality, Inc., Tom held the position of Engineering Manager, responsible for growing new teams across multiple countries. Tom also worked as a Frontend Software Architect, analyzing and resolving bugs and errors within the system.

Tom's earlier experience includes roles such as Frontend Developer at Croner, where they led technical investigations and rebuilt legacy tools using React, and UI/UX Designer at sales-i, where they designed and built the corporate website and led a proof of concept project.

Before that, Tom worked as a UI/UX Designer & Digital Marketing Manager at Ortiga, managing a digital marketing team and designing responsive websites for clients. Tom also served as a Javascript Developer at Alliance Boots, responsible for the Pharmacy & Health section of the website and collaborating with household brands.
