MHS-Maritime is a specialized initiative of MyHappySelf, focused on Psychological Risk Intelligence for maritime operations.

We move beyond traditional mental health support by transforming behavioural, cognitive, and engagement data into measurable operational insight.

At the core of our approach lies the Maritime Psychological Risk Index (MPRI), a proprietary, clinically governed framework designed specifically for the maritime environment, where cumulative strain, fatigue exposure, and role-based pressure directly influence safety performance.

Through structured monitoring, validated psychometric tools, and scalable digital infrastructure, MPRI enables early identification of human-factor risk patterns and supports proactive intervention at fleet level.

Our approach integrates clinical expertise with operational analytics, positioning psychological safety as a measurable layer of maritime risk management.

We partner with maritime organizations that are ready to move beyond compliance and towards real-time human risk visibility.
