André Augier

Mr Augier is Vice Chair, Investment Banking at Cowen and was one of the co-founders of Quarton Partners. With nearly 30 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Augier has advised public and private corporations, private equity firms, hedge funds and pension funds. He has extensive experience in industrial merger and acquisition transactions, cross border transactions, capital raising transactions, fairness opinions, public to private transactions and balance sheet restructuring.

Prior to forming Quarton Partners, Mr. Augier was a Co-Founder and Managing Director at W.Y. Campbell & Company where he led the execution of over 250 transactions for public corporations, private equity firms and private business owners. Previously he was a Vice President in Fahnestock & Co.’s Corporate Finance Group where, he assisted in a wide variety of merger and acquisition transactions, public bond issues, initial public offerings and leveraged finance transactions.

Mr. Augier has a BA. in Finance from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business and a Masters of Science in Finance from Walsh College.
