MI Global Partners is a boutique management consultancy, leading and partnering to deliver iconic projects for over 24 years.

We work with both public and private sector clients - including governments, international and domestic rights holders, sporting organisations, venues and event owners, along with Olympic and major event organising committees, to envision and deliver a diverse portfolio of events, sport and place-based (venue, precinct and social infrastructure) projects.

Our integrated services span the full project lifecycle - from strategy and feasibility through to delivery and legacy. We advise, plan, deliver, model and evaluate across core services including advisory, funding, social and economic impact, venue planning & development, overlay & masterplanning, sustainability, risk and legacy development.

Proudly Australian and globally respected, we've worked in over 28 countries and supported every major event in Australia since 2018. We have contributed to every Summer Olympic Games since Sydney 2000 as well as every Rugby World Cup since 2003.

We solve problems and fulfil visions, known for navigating complexity and unlocking potential across the sectors we serve. With a deep understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle, we can step in at any stage - offering as much or as little support as you need.

As a purpose-led, B Corp certified and carbon neutral company, sustainability underpins everything we do - driving positive impacts for people and the planet.
