Joe Hoffman

Joe Hoffman, M.Sc. is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently at NSI-MI Technologies since August 2023, Joe previously worked at Shaw Industries as a Mechanical Design Simulation Engineer and at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems as an R&D Mechanical Design Engineer, focusing on mechanisms for land warfare systems. Joe's expertise includes design, structural/modal FEA analysis, 3D printing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Earlier experience includes a role at Technion R&D Ltd. as a 3D printing designer and an internship at Ashot Ashkelon Industries Ltd. as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern. Joe holds a Master of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Technion and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering.
