John W. Bauer

John W. Bauer is an accomplished Senior Program Manager at NSI-MI Technologies, leading the development of customized microwave test systems for various industries since April 2018. With extensive experience in program management, John directed operations and improvements at The Boeing Company subsidiary Argon ST for almost a decade, overseeing multiple functional areas. Prior to that, John served as Senior Program Manager and Manager of Mechanical Engineering at Northrop Grumman, successfully managing large teams and contracts.
