Sean McCrackine

Sean McCrackine, a seasoned professional in environmental policy and legislative affairs, has extensive experience in public service and environmental management. Beginning as an Environmental Specialist and Legislative Intern at the Florida Public Interest Research Group, McCrackine organized significant advocacy events and trained students in effective communication. Over the years, notable roles include Legislative Director for Commissioner Jean Monestime, where McCrackine developed economic strategies focused on green jobs, and Chief of Policy & Planning for Commissioner Daniella Levine Cava. Currently serving as the Director of Policy for Miami-Dade County Mayor Levine Cava, McCrackine's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies, both from Florida International University.
