Mike Ma has extensive work experience in various leadership roles related to business development, sales, marketing, and supply chain. Mike started their career in 1986 as a Business Development Manager at MACHIMPEX in Frankfurt, Germany. From 1991 to 1994, they worked as a Project Engineer/Strategic System Engineering Group at Alcoa Closure System International in Crawfordsville, IN. Mike then joined Crown Cork & Seal Co. as a Manager of Closure System Transfer from 1994 to 1996. From 1996 to 2013, they held multiple roles at Portola Packaging Inc., including Technical Marketing Manager, Director of Product Research & Development, Director of Market & Product Development, and VP of Product Engineering. In 2013, they joined MiaSolé as Vice President of Program Management and later became the Sr. VP of Global Business Development, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain. In 2017, they also took on the role of VP Sales & Marketing at MiaSolé. In 2017, they transitioned to MiaSolé Hi-Tech Corp. as Vice President of Global Business Development, Sales, and Marketing, where they worked until 2020. Throughout their career, Mike Ma has demonstrated expertise in developing business strategies, managing operations, and driving sales growth.

Mike Ma's education history begins in 1981 when they attended Tongji University for their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mike completed their studies in 1986. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago between 1989 and 1991. In 1997, they obtained a certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business. Later, in 2008, they enrolled in Six Sigma USA and earned a Six Sigma Green Belt.
