Lynne Waller has been working in the insurance industry since August 1998, with experience in various roles such as Personal Injury Claims Handler at John Waller & Co Solicitors, Technical Claims Handler at Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB), and Deputy Manager at Austin Reed Group. Currently serving as Senior Compliance Manager at MIB, Lynne also has a background in customer service, complaints management, and learning and development. Graduating from UCL in 1998 with a BA (Hons) in Geography, Lynne has established a strong foundation in the field of insurance.
