Vicky Monument

Vicky Monument is currently serving as the People Operations Lead at the Motor Insurers' Bureau, following a role as People Partner where they managed employee relations casework and policy development. Vicky has extensive experience in human resources, having previously worked as an HR Employee Relations Advisor at FCDO Services and in various HR roles at Amazon UK, Aon Hewitt, and Mace Macro. They hold an Associate CIPD qualification and possess strong employee relations and case management skills. Vicky continues to pursue education at Bushey Hall School.
