Carole Tyner

Carole Tyner has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. Carole is currently serving as the CFO of MICATU, Inc. since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Corporate Controller (Consultant) at SeaChange International from February 2021 onwards. From September 2019 to their role at SeaChange International, Carole was the CFO at TECO. Carole also served as the CFO at Bridgeline Digital, Inc from September 2018 to September 2019. Carole's previous role before Bridgeline Digital was at Bridgeline Digital, where they held the position of Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller from January 2014 to September 2018. Carole was responsible for overseeing SEC reporting, financial consolidations, SOX compliance, cash forecasting and analytics, audit and tax, and raising capital. Before joining Bridgeline Digital, Carole worked as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Kalido from August 2012 to January 2014. From 2008 to 2012, Carole worked as a Financial Consultant in their own consulting practice, where they served as an interim CFO/Controller for various companies, including Safran USA, Aspen Tech, Bridgeline Digital, and Kalido Inc. Their responsibilities included SEC reporting, technical guidance, systems implementations, SOX compliance and audits, and acquisition-related activities. Prior to their consulting practice, Carole worked as the Executive Lead Finance Manager at IBM from August 2006 to October 2007, where they led the finance transition for the MRO Software sale to IBM. Carole also served as the Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller at MRO Software, Inc. from 1987 to August 2006, managing a global team and overseeing the implementation of SOX 404 controls.

Carole Tyner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in accounting from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School between the years 1980 and 1984. Prior to attending university, Carole Tyner attended Saugus High school, although no specific years or degrees were mentioned for this period.
