Michael Sexton

Michael Sexton is the Executive Vice President in charge of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for implementing growth strategies for Micatu. With over 37 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management, Michael has strong technical, interpersonal, and conceptual skills with a proven track record of managing day-to-day operations of highly leveraged manufacturing facilities. He has specialized in distressed turn around situations and has delivered highly profitable returns in short periods of time.

In 2014, Michael created Gridview Optical Solutions after purchasing the assets from a financially distressed organization specializing in optical sensing technology. Shortly after the acquisition, Michael sought out and partnered with Micatu to advance the technology to fundamentally change sensing in the power and industrial spaces. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clarkson College of Technology and was awarded his MBA from Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
