Michael Burch Architects is a full service architectural firm founded in 1986 with over 50 years combined experience specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. We pride ourselves in providing high-quality, personalized services. Our firm works in a variety of styles, both traditional and contemporary. Known especially for historically accurate houses, we pride ourselves in our extensive knowledge of California architectural heritage and building techniques. In particular, we are recognized for our work in the Spanish Colonial Revival Style of architecture, perfected in California during the 1920s. The great California traditions of indoor/outdoor living and the legacy of the Case Study Houses also influences our work, so that every new project embodies the essence of California living at its best. Craft and detail, as well as integration into the site and context are central themes of our design philosophy. Whether it is a Period Revival design or a modern project that you wish to have sensitively integrated into the landscape, we can provide you with services ranging from Site Analysis through Landscape and Interior Design.
