Our Managing Directors founded MLM in 2000 having worked in the property industry for over 10 years and recognised the need for dependable, high quality and trustworthy managing agents and so MLM was established and remains a growing business built mainly from word-of-mouth.

We were short listed finalists in 7 categories at the Property Management Awards 2014-2015 and proud to have won 3 highly Commended Awards in Young Property Manager of the Year, New Build Property Management Company of the Year and Estates Team for the Year.  We also were proud Winners of the Property Management Awards 2013 – 2014 after receiving the Highly Commended Award for Concierge of the Year and the Winning award for London Property Manager of the Year.
We were also Finalist’s in the Customer Service and Best Agent of an RMC/RTM categories.
