Our mission is to prevent fentanyl-related tragedies through education, awareness, and community outreach. We focus on equipping youth, families, and schools with life-saving information about the dangers of counterfeit pills and the prevalence of fentanyl in the drug supply. Through presentations, free safety kits, and collaborative events, we aim to spark real conversations, promote mental wellness, and provide resources that empower individuals to make informed choices. We are also dedicated to ending the stigma surrounding substance use by encouraging open conversations. Founded in memory of Michael Leonardi and all those lost, we are committed to honoring their lives by protecting others and building a safer, more informed community.
