Amanda Wait is a trusted advisor leading global antitrust and competition strategies for companies engaged in complex, high-value transactions. Currently, Amanda serves as a Partner and Head of Antitrust at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and is an Executive Committee Member and Chair of the Committee on Trustees and Governance at the University of Cincinnati Foundation. Amanda's previous experience includes positions as a Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright and Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, as well as serving as a staff attorney at the Federal Trade Commission.
