Beth Odian

Beth Odian is an experienced management-side employment lawyer with extensive knowledge of the laws affecting employer personnel management. They provide counsel on anti-discrimination and wage & hour laws, advising employers on issues such as reasonable accommodations and worker classification. Beth has defended employers against discrimination charges and represented them in labor arbitration and unemployment hearings. Previously, they have held positions at notable firms such as Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, where they focused on employment matters, and completed legal internships at various courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Beth holds a law degree from Marquette University Law School.
