Dave DiGiacomo

Dave DiGiacomo is a Partner at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, where they focus on supporting entrepreneurs and investors in various corporate transactions, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance. They previously co-led the Cannabis Practice at the firm and have extensive experience helping startup and growth companies navigate legal complexities. Dave has also owned businesses, including Kaya's Organic Pet Treats and Sleeping Giant Productions, and has held legal intern positions at organizations such as Newmont Mining Corporation and Ball Corporation. They hold a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Colorado School of Law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Leeds School of Business.
